Memorial Kit
Upon confirmation/payment of your order, we will send you your memorial kit via courier.
Your kit will include: A small spatula, small resealable bags, a sealed cannister, ring sizer and return courier bag. We will also send instructions on using your ring sizer to eliminate room for error.

The Process
1. Select Your Ring
Choose your preferred ring type, style, finish and size from our shop page. If you’re unsure about your ring size, don’t worry – our memorial kit will guide you.
2. Place Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to send your inclusions (ashes, sand, flowers, etc.). You can preview instructions here.
3. Send Your Inclusions
Carefully package and mail your chosen inclusions to us following the provided instructions.
4. Crafting Your Ring
Once we receive your inclusions, we begin crafting your unique keepsake. This process takes up to 15 working days to ensure every detail is perfect.
5. Receive Your Ring
Your handcrafted memorial ring will be shipped back to you, ready to be worn and treasured forever.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t know my ring size?
We’ve got you covered. We will include a ring sizer with your Memorial collection kit to ensure sizing is accurate.
Can I send more than one set of ashes, or more that one element to add to my keepsake piece?
Yes. We only require a very small amount of ashes, (approximately half a teaspoon) and will send additional packages to contain other elements you wish to add.
Do you only work with pet ashes?
We can add many elements to your personalized ring including ashes of past loved ones, sand fur, hair, dried flowers.
Can you create a custom Piece?
We want to help create a remembrance piece that is personalised for you in honour of your loved one. We will do our best to create your vision.
